Anne Tyrrell
Anne Tyrrell has extensive public affairs experience in the areas of crisis communications, litigation support, corporate and brand strategy, product and issue advocacy, political communications, media relations, and in providing general public relations and internal communications counsel to companies, organizations, and individuals.
Prior to joining Prism in 2010, Tyrrell served as communications director for U.S. Rep. Thaddeus McCotter (R-Mich.) and the Republican House Policy Committee, handling all day-to-day press operations.
Tyrrell also served as the sole in-house public affairs, public relations and communications officer for a major defense contractor, where she served as the company's primary spokesperson, designed and executed all public and internal communications, and directed all rapid response and crisis communications efforts.
As an account executive with Alexandria, Va.-based Shirley & Banister Public Affairs, Tyrrell managed public relations campaigns for book authors and publishers, non-profit and political organizations, corporations, and small businesses.
