Dale Leibach
As a founding partner of Prism Public Affairs, Leibach offers extensive experience in media relations and strategic planning, and crisis and litigation communications to help clients achieve their public policy and communications goals. Leibach has held senior communication positions on Capitol Hill, the White House and in Washington's leading public affairs firms.
Before joining the private sector, Leibach served as press secretary for Sen. Tom Harkin (D-Iowa) and continues to advise the Senator in reelection campaigns. In June 2001, he served as a senior communications counselor to Sen. Robert G. Torricelli (D-N.J.) during a federal campaign finance investigation. He worked for Sen. Walter F. Mondale (D-Minn.) in the 1976 Carter-Mondale campaign and served as an assistant press secretary in the Carter White House.
Leibach managed complex public policy campaigns for a diverse range of clients at both Ogilvy & Mather and at Powell Tate, a Washington, D.C., public affairs firm, where he was a co-founder and served as managing director.
Leibach also has served as Washington public affairs manager for Ford Motor Company and directed internal and external communications for one of the country's largest multi-employer pension funds. He began his communications career as a general assignment reporter for
The Kansas City Star.
